I've had a vent with TypeFrag since 2005. It was recommended to me by someone that I can't remember right now. Their price is reasonable and fair, which is also your typical top tier provider pricing.
Price: 10/10 - It's a reasonable price for what you get. Yes you can get your vent cheaper somewhere else but quality and service you get is usually not the same. You get an easy to use panel which offers a couple more and more detailed panel than others.
Setup: 10/10 - Fast and Easy.
Support: 10/10 - Support? I've only used it once and it was about the status script. Basically you do not need support with TypeFrag :)
Performance: 10/10 - As soon as you place your order, it will be setup in a few minutes. I never had a problem with the vent going down at random times unless it was for a reason on their end. Only time it will go down is if they are doing maintenance and they most likely posted in the panel about maintence for certain dates and times.
Control Panel: - 10/10 - To some it may be simple and easy to use, which it is, but the layout of the panel is placed perfectly whether its gfx or text. Their server status script is easy to use and visually appealing with its simple look. Their server logs section of the panel is very useful as I've used other Panels for Vent and they do not offer the search ability for particulary IPs, names, and dates. Some companies say that you can search but will tell you to press CTRL + F to do so, but you would have to go to each date to find what you want if its not on the current date. Offers you to change the codec to whatever you want and when you want. Also can move your vent every 24 hours.
Location: They provide in th major areas in the United States, Canada and Overseas. SO you are pretty much covered.
