As an administrator of a public community specified for the First Person Shooter, Comat Arms, I spent a few days researching VoIP providers to find a reliable and resourceful provider. A few days ago I found just that with VoIP Servers, a subsidary of GameData Inc.

Markup Price: To many, a budget and price point stated by providers can be a deciding factor as to whether or not they should service with them. VoIP Servers, provides reasonable pricing markup for both their Team Speak and Ventrilo services. In this aspect, I personally rate them a 10/10.

Initial Setup: It was late evening on a Sunday when I purchased my server. Expecting it to be ready by Monday, I was pleased to notice that I had recieved my information in less then an hour. Of course in their confirmation email it stated that if we did not recieve information within a 24 hour period to contact their support representatives, which is standard. In this aspect, I personally rate them a 10/10.

Support: Since the initial purchase, I've only seen one lag spike, and no other issues. Due to such, I have had no need to use their support system. With that being said, I'm unable to give a rating on this aspect.

Performance: So far so good, and I guess I could describe it as excellent. As stated above, I've only noticed one lag spike. Although it is new, and I potentially expect a few other small occurances later down the road, the service has been by far above expectation. In this aspect, I personally rate them a 10/10.

Control Panel: User-friendly, clean, and well laid out. The different functions include, but not limited to: configuration alteration, channel management, server restart/stop/reinstallation, status viewer, MOTD configuration, user management, server location, ban management, server logs, and hostname changes. Within each function there's sub-functions, which allow you to configure your server as much as needed. The main website of VoIP Servers contains all the various logins you need, including Team Speak, Ventrilo, and Billing. In this aspect, I personally rate them a 10/10.

Locations: Having eighteen international locations, it gives potential clients different coverage options based on their location. Although the ping varies per each test server and location, the stability remains intact. In this aspect, I personally rate them a 10/10.

Overall and Final Comments: Although only servicing with VoIP Servers for a few days, I've come to rely on the stability of their services. I hope that if anything does go wrong along the road, that they maintain suitable customer care.
